This one took me forever to finish and I'm not quite sure why. I don't know what the interior of a Who home looks like ('cause I still haven't seen the film), but I tried to make my background here colorful and Seuss-ish to some degree.
Anywho, I heard this line spoken in one of the trailers for Horton Hears A Who! and it inspired this pic. I don't know what Ned was doing when Sally said that, but this is my visualization of the Mayor of Whoville having a nervous breakdown. Poor guy.
Oh yeah, one more thing. This is my first time drawing Sally and I kind of like how the random Who daughter turned out. She looked kind of stupid in the line art, LOL!

:rofl: XDDDDDDDDD Wow. Poor Ned finally cracked. Well, does literally have the weight of the world on his shoulders... or is tht Horton? :/ Anyways, love the touch with Ned sucking his thumb in the fetal position and his hair going all frizzy. :XD: Someone definitly needs a hug, or his sock monkey. :3 Love how it turned out. Keep up the awesome art! :D

This part is awesome in the movie. It preceeds one of my favorite Jojo parts.
